The Rebel Bar blend was meant to go against the book. Yes pasaway kasi kami. We’ve blended a medium and dark roasted coffee not just to break the rules but simply to find a good balance in creating a coffee concentrate that balances well with Oatmilk. The medium roasted component gives its caramel and nutty flavors while the dark roasted component contributes to the toasty bitterness and gives a good heavy body to the drink. Overall this blend reminds us of toasted granola and dark chocolate ganache.
A coffee made for Oatmilk lovers.The blend is best enjoyed via a cold brew method but may also be done through a moka pot or espresso. Calibration if tricky but forgiving. It’s meant to be paired with oatmilk so it would be best to create a concentrate if you plan to brew via a pourover. Recommended ratio would be 1:5 with a fine grind for 2.5min. using a temperature of 90-95C or just off the boil.
